  2. If paying by check, $160 payment must reach Keith Predham, NLCBA, P.O. Box 8244, St. John’s, NL A1B 3N4 NOT LATER THAN JANUARY 30, 2023.
  3. Applicants will be assigned to teams on a first come first served basis. Following team assignments, subsequent applicants will be entered as substitutes.
