  2. If paying by check, $160 payment must reach Jordan Blackwood, NLCBA, P. O. Box 5187, St. John’s, NL A1C 5V5 NOT LATER THAN JANUARY 30, 2019.
  3. Applicants will be assigned to teams on a first come first served basis. Following team assignments, subsequent applicants will be entered as substitutes.
